Maintenance and CPD Technician Level 2

Job Title: Maintenance and CPD Technician Level 2 Location: Santander | Work model: On-site Description: We are looking for a Maintenance and CPD Technician Level 2 responsible for the operation, advanced support, and maintenance of the Data Processing Center (CPD). It will be the reference person for system administration, coordination of technicians, and resolution of complex incidents in the CAU and Data Center environment. Functions: - Ensure the fulfillment of the CPD's technical and operational requirements, - Provide advanced technical support to users, - Coordinate and supervise the work of technicians, - Resolve complex incidents and problems, - Perform maintenance tasks, - Ensure the CPD's systems and equipment are properly configured and updated, - Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the CPD's systems and equipment are properly integrated, - Perform other tasks and responsibilities as required. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field, - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, - Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and databases, - Experience with IT service management, - Ability to work in a team, - Strong problem-solving skills, - Ability to work under pressure, - Good communication and interpersonal skills, - Ability to work in a dynamic environment, - Certification in ITIL or similar is an asset.
