Your new position We are looking to incorporate a laboratory technician to develop tasks both documentary and reviewing, as well as leading an analyst team. Design of experiments/tests to be performed according to the challenge presented. Problem-solving and contribution of new ideas for analytical challenges exposed by Clients. Collaboration with other departments to ensure timely delivery of results. Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and protocols. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Provide technical support and training to team members. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and improve efficiency. Perform other tasks as required.
