Position: BIM Technician - Tram Project

At Aldesa, every day is an opportunity to learn, innovate, and overcome new challenges. We are looking for a BIM Technician to join our team on the Operational Center Project of the New Tram of Camp de Tarragona – Vila-seca.

This is a strategic integral railway project. The project includes the construction of a 6,300 m² industrial complex (workshops, offices, and auxiliary buildings), site urbanization, a track yard (five workshop tracks and four depot tracks), 750 V catenary, and highly complex installations.

You will actively participate in BIM management and coordination during the construction execution phase, integrating the different disciplines of building, civil works, railway superstructure, and installations. If you have experience in BIM methodology applied to railway infrastructure or industrial building projects, we want to meet you!

Your Responsibilities:

• 3D modeling of the operational center infrastructure, including building, workshop hall, track yard, catenary, and high-complexity installations.
• Coordination of BIM models from different specialties (civil works, industrial building, CSA, MEP, track superstructure, and electrification), ensuring model federation and clash detection and resolution.
• Management of technical documentation and linking of plans, construction details, and specifications in the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Version control and change management: continuous model updating according to design or construction modifications (as-built), ensuring traceability.
• Preparation of reports, measurements derived from the model, visualizations, and BIM documentation for the construction team and project management.

Requirements:

• Education: Specific training in BIM Methodology, accredited Master's degree, or Technical Degree (Engineering, Architecture, Technical Architecture).
• Experience: At least 2 years of demonstrable experience as a BIM Technician in civil works, industrial building, or railway infrastructure projects.
• Technical Knowledge:
  Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
  Experience working with Common Data Environments such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  Experience or knowledge of GIS, Presto, Excel, MS Project, Primavera P6, and/or Power BI is valuable.
  Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary construction teams and provide direct technical support to production.
