ISBM MOLD SETTER TECHNICIAN – INJECTION STRETCH BLOW MOLDING

Do you have experience with Aoki, Nissei machines or with plants for blow molding and plastic processing?

At Pibiplast we are looking for an ISBM Mold Setter Technician to join our Correggio plant.

The person will work on Injection Stretch Blow Molding plants dedicated to the production of plastic packaging for the Skin Care and Make Up world, dealing with mold setting, format changes, startup, process parameter adjustment, troubleshooting, and output quality control.

What you will do:

• set up, start up, and operate Aoki and Nissei ISBM machines;
• perform mold/format changes and the necessary activities to prepare the machine for new productions;
• set, adjust, and optimize process parameters, intervening to ensure production stability, product quality, and plant efficiency;
• verify the correct functioning of the machines, auxiliary equipment, and connected automation systems;
• identify process anomalies or malfunctions, investigate their causes, and carry out restoration interventions where possible.

What we are looking for:

• experience in mold setting, startup, or operation of plastic processing plants;
• knowledge of Aoki and/or Nissei ISBM machines is a preferential qualification;
• applications from related technologies such as stretch blow molding, injection molding, blow molding, and PET processing will also be considered with interest, provided they have solid experience in mold setting and process parameter management.
