What will be your responsibilities and main activities

• Execution of scheduled preventive maintenance and fault repairs in compliance with the daily schedule, at customer sites, within their area of competence based on requests received from the head office
• Technical assistance and maintenance activities on forklifts, specifically: fault finding, diagnostics, and repair of an electrical/electronic and mechanical/hydraulic nature;
• Improvement of the efficiency of rental fleet vehicles
• Support customers regarding requests about maintenance and repairs performed, providing clear and precise information
• Provide consulting and support services to customers regarding the use of our products
• Receive and promptly communicate customer needs to the Service Team Manager
• Ensure that Health and Safety standards, regulations, and procedures are respected
• Understand and work according to Service-related KPIs

Tasks and Qualifications:

You are the ideal candidate if you possess

• Five-year diploma or three/four-year qualification in an electronic and/or mechanical technical field
• Forklift driving certificate
• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering, hydraulics, and engine mechanics
• Ability to read schematics for fault finding and repairs
• Knowledge of workplace safety and environmental protection principles
• Previous experience in the role in the sector or in related sectors of at least two years
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and Problem Solving abilities
• Availability for daily travel to our customers' sites
• Residency in the areas indicated in the job title is a plus
