Tool and Die Fitter Technician

The position consists of the repair, assembly, and maintenance of tooling and molds, following established quality parameters and procedures. These tasks are essential to ensure operational continuity and efficiency in injection processes. The role involves constant interaction with different machine tools and control systems, ensuring that all equipment functions optimally and meets production deadlines in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda. The professional will be responsible for using equipment such as CNCs, grinding machines, lathes, presses, and drills to carry out the adjustment, repair, and both preventive and corrective maintenance of molds and tooling. Furthermore, they must effectively manage information regarding the transfer and location of molds using control software, maintaining complete traceability. A fundamental part of the job involves reviewing work orders, complying with technical specifications, and updating data in the corresponding applications to accurately reflect the status of each project.
