Mechanical Technician Transferrer

BDF Industries S.p.A, for its own Business Unit Forming, is looking for a resource to be inserted within the Technical Service function. The resource, directly reporting to the Service Team Leader, will have the following responsibilities: Supervise mechanical and pneumatic machine installation at the customer's site; Perform tests and commissioning of machines until acceptance by the customer; Carry out technical assistance and maintenance interventions; Ensure technical assistance and maintenance interventions are carried out in accordance with the company's procedures and standards; Collaborate with the Service Team Leader to develop and implement a plan for the provision of technical services to customers; Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty; Provide support to other departments within the company as needed. The resource will be required to work in a team environment, be flexible and adaptable, and have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
