To strengthen our Plasturgia department, we are looking for a: Plastic Molding Technician Responsibilities: Contribute to the continuous optimization of processes, ensuring the robustness of methods, the quality of products, and the compliance with regulations. Develop and implement new production techniques and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to improve product design and development. Ensure the correct use of equipment and machinery. Monitor and control production processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements. Provide technical support to colleagues and contribute to the resolution of production issues. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Contribute to the development of new products and processes through innovation and creativity. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and improve product quality.
