SQL Systems Support Technician

We are looking for a professional to act as SQL Systems Support Technician. The person will be responsible for ensuring the sustainability of legacy systems, acting on incidents, requests and changes, as well as ensuring communication with upper levels of support and external partners. About the job: Schedule: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Location: São Bernardo do Campo/SP Modality: Hybrid, approximately 1x per month in-person Responsibilities: Validate the direction of calls intended for Support N2; Provide technical assistance and guidance to users; Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues; Develop and maintain documentation on systems and procedures; Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and problem-solving; Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 1-3 years of experience in IT support; Knowledge of SQL and database management systems; Ability to work in a team environment; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Adaptability and flexibility.
