Construction Site Safety Technician

A client company based in South Turin, operating in the consultancy sector, has entrusted us with the task of identifying a person interested in taking on the role of Construction Site Safety Technician, to be hired on a permanent basis on a construction site located in Portogruaro .

Place of work: Portogruaro (VE)

The role of construction site safety technician involves:

• support for site managers;
• drafting of PSC (Piani di Sicurezza e Coordinamento - Safety and Coordination Plans);
• verification of POS (Piani Operativi di Sicurezza - Operational Safety Plans) and the technical-professional suitability of the executing companies;
• management and archiving of construction site documentation;
• issuance of work permits;
• verification of work permits issued by internal personnel in the days preceding the inspection;
• support activities for surveillance and control to ensure compliance with safety procedures on the construction site;
• conducting site inspections for safety surveillance activities;
• participation in site meetings;

To fill this role, it is necessary:

• to have obtained a diploma as a surveyor or a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, building engineering, or architecture;
• to have at least 2 years of experience in construction site safety;
• to be available for possible weekly business trips to assigned construction sites
• Knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and its applications on construction sites;
• Possession of the CSE (Coordinatore per la Sicurezza in fase Esecutiva - Safety Coordinator during Execution) and CSP (Coordinatore per la Sicurezza in fase di Progettazione - Safety Coordinator during Design) Certificate (120 hours) will be considered a plus
• good knowledge of the Office package
• knowledge of the English language will be a preference indicator

The contractual framework includes:

• qualification of technical employee
• CCNL applied by the client company: COMMERCE
• salary: annual gross salary between 30,000 K and 40,000 K
