Opening: Resident Technician - SOROCABA/SP

Working Hours and Location: Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18.

Resident Technician

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and repairs on Otis and multi-brand elevators, as well as perform maintenance on escalators;
• Carry out all maintenance in the region of your responsibility, to ensure that the equipment is in perfect working condition;
• Comply 100% with the Route Sheet and 100% with the region's Maintenance Plan;
• Proactively detect future problems, preventing new service calls;
• Identify and generate opportunities for new commercial partnerships in the region;
• Follow safety procedures, meeting all necessary criteria to ensure your safety and the safety of users.

Who are we looking for?

• Professional with complete High School education and technical training in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, and Electronics;
• Knowledge in safety and training in NR10 and NR35;
• Experience with maintenance and service attendance for elevators and escalators.
