Job Title and Role Purpose: COLLECTOR TECHNICIAN The resource we want to insert has a technical diploma or equivalent title and good knowledge of main computer tools and corporate management systems. Will be responsible for collecting, controlling, and reporting revenue related to assigned devices, ensuring correctness of operations, efficiency in intervention times, and respect for internal procedures. Main Company Values Professionalism Innovation Responsibility Organizational Chart Reports to Area Responsible Main Responsibilities • Collect revenue from entertainment devices assigned according to company procedures. • Verify the accuracy of amounts and complete relevant documentation. • Check the status of devices during visits, reporting any anomalies or technical intervention needs. • Ensure the safety and traceability of revenue throughout the process. • Manage consumable materials necessary for device operation. • Ensure compliance with current regulations and internal procedures. • Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with operators and personnel at gaming venues. • Contribute to improving operational processes by reporting critical issues or potential optimizations. Technical Skills (Hard Skills) • Diploma • Experience interacting with the public • Good knowledge of management system • Preferably good knowledge of PC and computer devices • Good driving ability Personal Abilities (Soft Skills) • Planning capacity. • Flexibility. • Proactivity. • Responsibility. Contract Conditions • Work location: Brescia area and province • Working hours and work-life balance: Monday to Friday 9:00-13:00 and 14:00-18:00 • Employment contract type: Full-time fixed-term contract. • Salary package budget: The economic remuneration, of sure interest, will be examined and weighed following the outcome of the interviews and comparison with the preparation and experience of candidates competing for the position.
