JUNIOR PROPOSAL TECHNICIAN - Offer/Solution Development in the Mechanical Field

To strengthen our technical area, we are looking for a Proposal Technician to join the “Laboratories and Workshops” Business Unit, focusing on the preparation and management of technical-commercial offers related to mechanical and electro-instrumental maintenance projects.

The search is aimed at Junior candidates with minimal experience in the machine tool sector and the design of mechanical workshops, preferably in industrial and/or Oil & Gas plant contexts.

Required Qualifications

• Technical diploma in Mechanics/Mechatronics or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Good knowledge of English and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of SAP and AutoCAD 2D is welcome
• Precision, dynamism, and multi-project management skills

Main Activities

• Analyze and prepare technical-commercial offers, providing technical support focused on customer satisfaction
• Manage contacts with suppliers for requests for price quotations and technical documentation
• Participate in technical meetings with clients and suppliers
• Verify the technical compliance of products, prices, and delivery times
• Support post-order processes through document verification and support during inspections
