Orienta Orienta SPA - Benefit Company is seeking a post-sales technician for a company operating in the electronic production of label machines. The figure, reporting to the functional manager, will follow up in person with technical assistance requests from Italian and foreign clients. Requirements: - Technical training: mechanical/electronic degree - Language skills: fluent English + a second language (preferable French, Spanish, or Russian) - Previous experience gained at customer service in manufacturing/metalworking companies - Completing the profile: problem-solving skills, communication and relational skills, customer attention - Occasional availability for travel (indicatively one per month) Offers: - Direct entry into the company on an indefinite-term contract - dynamic environment with growth opportunities - company in an international context Industry: Electronics/Automation Role: Customer Service Type of employment: Indefinite-term contract
