POST-SALES TECHNICIAN – WARRANTY MANAGEMENT

NEXT S.P.A. Next Spa, Employment Agency, Mantova Branch, selects a POST-SALES TECHNICIAN – WARRANTY MANAGEMENT for an important company in the services sector. The resource will be inserted within the technical office and will be responsible for managing post-sales warranty practices related to semi-trailers, collaborating with the production area and assistance department for technical verification of requested interventions. Main responsibilities: - Management of post-sales warranty practices on semi-trailers - Technical verification of requested assistance and evaluation of necessary interventions - Coordination of technical activities and documentation collection in support - Interface with clients and suppliers for managing requests and practices - Preparation, archiving, and sending of documentation through digital systems Requisites: - Qualification or diploma in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic). - Previous experience of at least 3 years in the technical/automotive sector or similar - Technical-mechanical skills on vehicles or equipment - Good knowledge of main computer tools, particularly MS Excel - Document management capabilities (including scanning and digital archiving) - Good written English proficiency - Precision, organizational capacity, and problem-solving complete the profile What we offer: direct hiring with a salary commensurate with experience.
