Operational Technician

The company DQG, based in Gambellara in the province of Vicenza, has been distinguished since 1967 for its production of made-in-Italy custom fixtures.

The company is part of the deWol Industries group, the largest Italian operator active in the design and production of fixtures and solar shading systems, and a leader in green design and energy transition.

With the aim of strengthening our team, we are selecting a person to be included within the Operational Technical Office.

The person we are selecting is dynamic and problem-solving oriented, with experience in production contexts, capable of managing bills of materials and processing cycles, supporting product industrialization, and actively collaborating with production and quality for the optimization of company processes.

Specifically:

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Management and updating of bills of materials
• Creation and modification of processing cycles and technical master data
• Support for production planning and coordination with production departments
• Management and monitoring of technical projects
• Internal technical support to production departments and other company functions
• Product technical help desk activities for problem resolution and performance optimization
• Collaboration with the quality office and production for the implementation of process and product improvements
• Participation in industrialization activities and optimization of production processes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma as Surveyor or Mechanical, Electromechanical Technician, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience of at least 2 years in technical or technical-operational roles in production contexts
• Good ability to read technical drawings and production documentation
• Experience in managing bills of materials and machine programming is welcome
