Responsibilities - Analysis of tenders and documentation: technical and regulatory reading, identification of requirements, mapping risks and operational opportunities - Technical offer design: definition of the operating model, resource management: vehicles, personnel, warehouse, IT (tracking, TMS), third-party suppliers - Costing and pricing with a focus on CNP: calculation of costs and determination of list price vs. net price (CNP) - Verification of margins and economic sustainability - Preparation of bid documentation - Writing the economic module with detailed cost items, discounts, CNP, and scenarios - Internal and external coordination - Collection of quotes from suppliers and partners: presentation and negotiation: support for the commercial team in presentations to customers, technical/economic clarifications, review of offers during negotiations - Post-offer monitoring Profile - Concluded training in a technical or related field - Good knowledge of German - Previous experience in the role of offeror, technical commercial, or pricing in the transportation/logistics sector - CNP skills: mastery of the concept of Customer Net Price (net price to customer) - Knowledge of transport regulations - Knowledge of the Office package - Precision, result-oriented - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to work in a team Benefits Permanent insertion at Adecco's Ticino branch.
