Quality Technician

The purpose of this position is to ensure the integrity and conformity of manufactured products in all phases of the production process. The main responsibilities include performing detailed visual and dimensional inspections, as well as taking samples for quality analysis. This task is fundamental to maintaining established standards and satisfying the expectations of both the company and the end customers. The person in this role will work in close coordination with the Warehouse and Logistics departments to oversee quality from the reception of raw materials to the dispatch of the finished product. Additionally, they will be responsible for handling and maintaining a variety of precision measuring instruments, ensuring their correct calibration and use in accordance with established procedures. The meticulous documentation and recording of all inspection findings are an essential part of the job, generating reports that serve as a basis for decision-making and process improvement. Another important facet of the position is active collaboration with the Production and Engineering teams. Together, the root causes of any quality deviations or incidents will be identified, developing and implementing robust corrective and preventive actions to prevent their recurrence. This role also involves providing advice and resolving operational staff queries regarding the specific quality requirements of each product, thus acting as a vital technical link within the plant. Participation in internal and external management system audits will be necessary, providing support in the preparation of required documentation and the follow-up of derived action plans. Finally, it is expected that they will contribute to staff training, transmitting knowledge about regulations, procedures, and continuous improvement objectives defined by the organization.
The offered contract is permanent and directly with the company, with an approximate gross annual salary of 22,000 euros. The usual working day is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with the occasional possibility of afternoon shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM depending on production needs. The work environment is dynamic and oriented towards continuous improvement within an industrial context.
