Main responsibilities: - Diagnostic, maintenance, and repair activities on agricultural and gardening equipment - Preparation of new or used machine documentation - Interventions both in the workshop and on-site at the customer's location - Technical documentation compilation and work sheets - Collaboration for order, efficiency, and safety in the workshop environment - Participation in training programs and continuous updating Competences and experience: The ideal candidate presents the following requirements: - 3-5 years of experience as a mechanic in the automotive or industrial vehicle sector - Good mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills - Ability to work independently on diagnoses and repairs - Interest or previous experience in the agricultural machinery or equipment sector (preferable) - Ability to use diagnostic tools and technical software - Teamwork attitude, precision, and responsibility Work location: Sinalunga (SI) Economic offer: Direct entry into the company with a contract and remuneration commensurate with experience.
