Travel Field Service Technician

On behalf of our prestigious client, a European leader in the design and production of automatic machines for the pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for a Field Service Technician to be integrated into the Testing department.

The resource will become part of a highly specialized team and will be responsible for the testing, start-up, and commissioning of systems at international clients, with constant support from the internal Service department and the Technical Office.

Main responsibilities:

• Functional testing and commissioning of automatic machines and systems;
• Start-up of systems at clients in Italy and abroad;
• Diagnosis and resolution of any anomalies during installation phases;
• Continuous interface with designers and Service to ensure the correct functioning of the systems;
• Customer support during start-up activities.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in the role of Travel Field Service Technician;
• Background in the Pharma sector or industrial automation (e.g., Food & Beverage);
• Availability for international travel for at least 150 days a year, predominantly in North and South America and Asia, with limited travel in Europe;

Annual Gross Salary between €35,000 and €46,000
