Multiskilled Maintenance Technician

Our client is a specialized reality in the maintenance of geothermal heat pump systems and solutions for increasing energy efficiency, active throughout the national territory with a focus on the Hotel sector. In view of organizational strengthening, we are looking for a: MULTISKILLED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN The selected resource will join a structured reality, operating independently at hotel structures in Lombardy (CO/MI/BG/BS/CR). It will be responsible for performing maintenance interventions, ensuring the correct functioning of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and/or HVAC systems. Roles and responsibilities: - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance interventions on technical systems (electrical, hydraulic, climatization, etc.). - Perform interventions at hotels throughout Lombardy (CO/MI/BG/BS/CR) - Diagnose faults and malfunctions, proposing effective solutions - Small maintenance interventions (e.g. replacing handles, opening cabinets, replacing light bulbs) - Scheduled availability programming (about 1 week per month) with nighttime and holiday interventions - Manage daily planning independently. Required qualifications for participating in the selection: - Availability to move around with company van at hotel structures in Lombardy (Milano, Como, Brescia, Bergamo, Cremona) according to a weekly schedule - Availability to perform availability programming one week per month during nighttime and holiday hours - Experience of at least 2-3 years as a maintenance technician - Knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and/or thermohydraulic fields - Patent B (for using company van) - Attitude towards diagnosing faults and problem-solving - Ability to work independently. Workplace: Competence area in Lombardy (Milano, Como, Brescia, Bergamo, Cremona). Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:00 /18:00) + availability programming 1 week per month including nighttime and holiday hours. Employment contract: Direct hiring with an open-ended or fixed-term contract. Salary package at budget: CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria, level D1. Reimbursement of expenses, travel allowance, and meal ticket. Company van and GPS-enabled phone for work use.
