TECHNICIAN MAINTAINER

Hofmann Staffing Solutions is seeking for a company in the vending and Ho.Re.Ca sector TECHNICIAN MAINTAINER JUNIOR. The selected resource will be responsible for the following activities: · Preparation of professional espresso machines and other company products based on received requests and customer personalizations; · Updating and reviewing professional machines present at the warehouse or returned from the market; · Conducting customer visits for technical assistance; · Caring for pre- and post-sales phases of products entrusted to him, organizing and performing performances at customers; · Analyzing problems identified in order to report them, if solution is not found, to the relevant functions. The ideal candidate has the following requirements: · Diploma in a technical field (mechanical/electronic); · At least 1 year of experience in an analogous role at companies providing technical assistance or coffee roasters; · Technical skills in mechanical/electrical/electronic/hydraulic fields; · Excellent manual dexterity. Completing the sought profile are: · Proactivity, willingness to learn. Working hours: Full time: Monday-Friday on a daily basis.
