Maintenance Technician

At Effegi Elettronica, a company specializing in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), based in Vigone (TO), we are looking for a Maintenance Technician (Mechanical / Electronic) to join our Maintenance team.

As part of the operational team, you will be responsible for ensuring the perfect functioning and constant availability of production plants and machinery in the facility, through planned and on-call interventions (ordinary and extraordinary maintenance):

• Fault finding and timely repair interventions to ensure production continuity.
• Specific ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of PTH selective soldering lines and SMD ovens.
• Periodic checks, inspections, and replacement of damaged parts, modules, or instruments.
• Overhaul and calibration work in compliance with company directives and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the role (or similar roles) gained within small/medium-sized production companies.
• Proven ability in diagnosing and finding faults on automated production plants and systems.
• Solid interdisciplinary knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and automation fields.
• Experience in assembling, repairing, and overhauling precision devices and mechanisms.
• Ability to use traditional and/or numerically controlled machine tools.
• Excellent manual dexterity and familiarity with fundamental measurement and quality control tools.
• Fluent reading and understanding of mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possession of PAV / PES certification.

• Employment Status: National Contract CCNL Metalmeccanico (Metalworking Industry Collective Agreement)
• Salary Range (Gross Annual Salary): From € 25,000 to € 33,000 gross per year.
