Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Inspection of mechanical equipment and sets; Preparation of Maintenance Planning for industrial equipment;- Failure analysis; Spare parts management; Coordination of interventions in equipment; Basic dimensioning of machines and mechanical sets.

Execute scheduled maintenance activities;

• - Execute Inspection Routes according to the Inspection Plans;

• - Plan maintenance activities, using maintenance orders in SAP;

• - Manage spare parts for your area (specification, purchase, storage, preservation, etc.);

• - Treat failures as per trigger;

• - Identify and specify spare parts for acquisition;

• - Assign labor to maintenance orders executed;

• - Evaluate and review the planning of maintenance activities in Orders and Maintenance Plans;

• - Prioritize and sequence with programming, maintenance orders (scheduled stops and weekly);

• - Execute small improvements together with Maintenance Engineering;

• - Train operators and maintainers on systems and technical aspects;

• - Manage the execution of maintenance orders originating from SAP Maintenance Plans;

• - Collect data and samples for Predictive Maintenance Plan;

• - Technical Support in emergency occurrences in your area;

• - Perform power source blocking;

• - Evaluate and close executed maintenance orders;

• - Evaluate operational requests and pending operations (operational inspections and others);

• - Request materials when necessary;

• - Manage technical documentation and software for your area of operation;

• - Manage the 5S in your area;

• - Substitute programmers and shift workers as needed;

• - Analyze loss profiles;

• - Support supervisors during planned inspections;

• - Manage the cost of your area of operation;

• - Manage critical pending tasks in your area of operation;

• - Maintain and update the inventory of power source blocking for your area of operation;

• - Transport parts and sets to/from the workshop and warehouse as needed;

• - Provide tools and/or devices for maintenance services execution;

• - Manage items in external/internal repair;
