Technician Lines of Servo and Automation ? Plastic Molding

Adecco Italia For a metal-mechanical company operating in the plastic molding sector, we are looking for a Technician Lines of Servo and Automation. The resource will be responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining lines of servo and automation systems for presses and automatic movement and manipulation of parts. Main responsibilities:- Management and setup of lines of servo and automation for injection molding presses (cartesian robots, anthropomorphic robots, belts, vision systems, etc.)- Programming and regulation of robots and line automation to ensure correct production flow- Connection, setting, and control of line accessories (thermostats, central units, mixers, dryers, feeders, etc.)- Diagnosis and resolution of anomalies on automatic systems and servo equipment, in collaboration with suppliers and technical assistance- Support for production departments to optimize cycle times and reduce machine downtime- Collaboration with the maintenance team for interventions on equipment and automation- Contribution to the implementation of new automated solutions and continuous process improvement. Required skills:- Previous experience as an automation technician, press operator or line maintainer, preferably in the plastic sector- Good knowledge of cartesian or anthropomorphic robots and industrial automation systems- Competences in managing and regulating line accessories and machine interfaces- Ability to diagnose faults and perform technical interventions at first level- Basic knowledge of PLCs or operator panels for simple settings- Availability to work on three shifts and, if necessary, be on call.
