Payroll Technician

Join our family at La Residencia, in the picturesque town of Deià. We are recruiting a payroll technician to start in February. As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for the rigorous and effective management of all payrolls and social security procedures. Main Responsibilities:

Following and controlling own activity related to personnel administration processes, according to company agreements, procedures, and policies, including payroll process (hires, terminations, labor contracts, settlements, etc.), social security, IRPF, communications with Social Security (variations, terminations, maternity leaves, final settlements), etc. 

• Contract Management

• Social Security Procedures: Hires, terminations, variations, management of bonuses/subsidies and control of debts/payments.

• Payroll Calculation and Management: Realization of settlements, calculation of taxes (IRPF) and social security, and management of salary embargoes.

• Interaction with Official Organizations: Registration of contracts and certificates before the SEPE, processing of accident reports to mutuals and Social Security.

• Platform Management and Normative: Use of systems like Siltra, Red Online, and Casia, and staying updated on payroll and social security regulations.

• Data Update: Maintenance of employee information in the company's internal platform.

Requirements

What you bring:

• University studies in Labor Relations

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position Knowledge of personnel administration, official organization procedures (INSS, TGSS, SOC, SEPE, Mutua, AT), payroll, social security, contracting, IRPF, labor inspection requirements, audits, risk prevention.

• Familiar user of Nomina applications (Winzeus), Social Security, System Red, Siltra), Accident Reports (Delt@) and Contracting (Contrat@).

• Advanced Excel user

• Middle-level English
