IT Technician - Network and System Support - Direct Hire

In Job S.p.A. - Career Center of Brescia selects IT Technician - Network and System Support - Direct Hire. Our client is an important reality specialized in the formulation and production of products for the maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. We are looking for an IT Technician whose duties will be: - Providing technical support on company networks (LAN, internal connections) and operating systems used in the company. - Resolving hardware and software problems on client Windows and macOS stations (installation and configuration of PCs, peripherals, operating systems, and applications). - Performing basic maintenance of the IT infrastructure, ensuring the correct functioning of local servers, Wi-Fi networks, and networking devices. - Collaborating with the IT team to ensure timely assistance to internal users, managing tickets and technical support requests. Requirements - Diploma in computer science - Knowledge of the English language. Characteristics of the offer - Contract: Direct hire in the company with an apprenticeship contract aimed at stabilization - Location: Corzano (BS) - Availability: Full-time, from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm, the company has a canteen area.
