Job Title and Role Purpose: JUNIOR IT TECHNICIAN - SYSTEMS, NETWORKS, AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

To strengthen the Software and IT Office, composed of seven people, we are looking for a Junior IT Technician. The resource will be responsible for installing and configuring company software within monitoring systems, providing hardware and software assistance to clients, and internal IT support.

The figure will initially be mentored by senior colleagues through an on-the-job training program, to progressively acquire the necessary skills to operate autonomously. Short business trips nationwide to clients and construction sites are foreseen.

The selected candidate will be integrated into the Software and IT Office, composed of seven people, and initially mentored by senior figures. They will collaborate with company functions and clients, remotely and in the field, in installation, configuration, and technical assistance activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Install and configure company software within monitoring systems produced by Orion;

• Interface with clients, remotely and in the field, to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues;

• Provide first and second-level IT assistance to colleagues, on-site and remotely;

• Install and maintain PCs, notebooks, printers, and other devices, performing assembly, hardware upgrades, replacements, and minor repairs;

• Install and configure Windows operating systems and support company networking activities;

• Participate in short business trips nationwide to clients and construction sites.

Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

• Diploma in Computer Science or a degree in a related field;

• Basic knowledge of Python and PHP programming languages;

• Knowledge of PC-based hardware architectures and corporate networks;

• Skills in assembly, hardware upgrades, and minor repairs of computer systems and electronic boards;

• Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills in the electronic and IT fields;

• Basic networking skills and ability to install and configure Windows operating systems;

• Availability to undertake short business trips nationwide.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, and aptitude for teamwork;

• Proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation;

• Ability to manage IT emergencies promptly, precision, and reliability.

Contract Conditions

• Work Location: Veggiano (PD)

• Working Hours and Work-Life Balance: 08:30-13:00 / 14:00-17:30, with flexible entry and exit times;

• Position Level: C1/C2, to be evaluated based on the candidate's skills, CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria (National Collective Labor Agreement for the Metalworking Industry);

• Contract Type: initial fixed-term or permanent contract, to be defined based on seniority in the role;

• Company Welfare: platform with agreements and benefits dedicated to employees;

• Gross Annual Salary: €25,000 and €32,000, determined based on the level of responsibility and required skills.
