Job description:
- Identification of main machine units;
- Identification of molds and their components;
- Verification of production processes and product conditions;
- Interpretation and completion of technical documentation and quality reports correctly;
- Control of injection process;
- Maintenance, replacement, and removal of mold machines;
- Replacement of raw materials;
- Initiation of try-outs together with other technicians;
- Control and optimization of injection cycle;
- Participation in daily meetings with the operational department and other departments;
- Defects and solutions for injected parts;
- Continuity of production order, referring to system release for machine use;
- Cleaning and lubrication of mold;
- Compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Compliance with company norms, training, and procedures;
- Identification of risk factors at the workplace.
