HSE Technician - Treviso (logistics)

Position

• Project: A significant construction site in the Treviso area for an important logistics company
• Duration: approximately 1.5 years
• Required presence: full-time on-site
• Compensation: Annual Gross Salary €35,000 / €45,000 based on seniority, applying the CCNL Studi Professionali

For an important project in the Treviso area for a significant logistics company (approximate duration 1.5 years), we are looking for an On-Site HSE Technician to be hired full-time within a structured and highly complex operational context.

The resource will be integrated into the HSE team and will oversee site safety activities, collaborating with the project team, contracted companies, and subcontractors in contexts characterized by high organizational standards and a strong focus on safety.

The main activities will be:

• oversee HSE activities on-site and monitor compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures;
• manage and update site HSE documentation;
• support the management of non-conformities and related corrective actions;
• collaborate with companies, supervisors, and site managers to ensure that activities are carried out safely;
• participate in safety coordination meetings;
• promote a safety culture through awareness and training activities for personnel.

Requirements

• Experience in the HSE field, preferably in construction sites or industrial contexts
• Good knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/08 and the main operational dynamics of construction sites
• Operational and organizational management skills for site activities
• Good communication skills and an aptitude for interacting with companies and project teams
• Full-time availability on-site in Treviso

We are looking for someone with field experience, capable of managing daily interactions with companies and operational staff, maintaining attention to both regulatory aspects and the practical management of construction site activities.

2.Interview with the Project Reference Manager

A meeting dedicated to exploring technical competencies and on-site operational capabilities, past experiences, and your approach to the role.

3.Interview with the Client

A third and final interview with the Client to validate operational alignment and the specific needs of the site.

At the end of the process, we will share feedback and, if successful, an employment proposal.
