Functions

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate repairs and revisions in sanitary and electrical installations.
• Analyze and solve technical problems in equipment and electrical panels.
• Perform inspections and maintenance on security cameras.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient operations.
• Painting.
• Finishes
• Light Fixture Replacement.
• Knowledge in general maintenance.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, can be morning or afternoon, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
