Social Education Technician

We are looking for a person to join a project in Madrid, for a temporary part-time substitution. The main task consists of ensuring the basic services and benefits of people housed in non-institutionalized housing, such as support with personal hygiene, feeding, and the development of essential daily living skills. Among the tasks, it includes monitoring the correct performance of household chores, such as cleaning, nutrition, and the care of the home and appliances. You will also attend meetings with the team to design and evaluate personalized inclusion pathways, ensuring that coexistence rules and individual goals are met. Furthermore, you must communicate any difficulties that arise in these pathways and propose alternatives to adapt them to each situation. The position involves direct contact with users, fostering their self-esteem and supporting them in the search for more normalized housing or employment. You will also monitor scheduled activities, both individual and group, and accompany users in their integration into other resources, such as vocational training or health centers. You will act as a mediator in possible conflicts with neighbors or among the program participants themselves. The contract is a training and apprenticeship contract, with a gross annual salary between 12,000 and 18,000 euros.
