• Ideal experience in the railway sector
• Experience in handling loads
• Implement and control internal EHS (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines
• Integrate EHS for new employees and service providers
• Knowledge of NR 10 and LOTO
• Establishment of CIPA+A - NR 05 and implementation follow-up
• Daily Safety Dialogue
• Preparation, analysis, and implementation of preliminary risk assessment and work permit
• Safety inspections at work
• Monitoring and guidance of activities
• Implementation of corporate campaigns
• Control and distribution of PPEs
• Preparation and follow-up of action plan for necessary activities
• Control and monitoring of EHS indicators
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
• Analyze service provider documents
• Plan and organize local training sessions
• Organize and support the firefighting team
• Support audits and leadership

• Competencies: communication, proactivity, commitment, teamwork
• Prior experience: 4 years of experience in the field
• Necessary travel: No
