Building Technician

We are looking for a Building Technician to ensure the full functioning, conservation, and safety of the development's infrastructure, acting as the main link between management, the maintenance team, and the store owners. The professional will be the technical reference for construction management, deadline control, and budgets, leading processes with high organization and assertive communication.

• Construction Inspection: Monitor and inspect construction and renovation work carried out within the development's premises.
• Project Analysis and Approval: Analyze architectural and complementary projects of the store owners, issuing authorizations for interventions and services in the stores.
• Management of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of the development.
• Preparation of Budgets and Purchasing of materials, services, and supplies.
• Control of Deadlines and Schedules for construction and maintenance.
• Crisis and Emergency Management: Act promptly in managing incidents and emergency situations at the development.
• Ensure the fluidity of information, keeping management, store owners, and the technical team informed about the progress of activities.
• Control of Licenses and Permits: Monitor deadlines and act in negotiations for the renewal of mandatory development licenses, such as the Fire Department Inspection Certificate (AVCB), environmental licenses, among others.
• To be accompanied and supervised by the Maintenance Manager and the team's Architect.

R$ 2,700.00 + Meal Voucher + Transportation Voucher.

Business hours (08:00 to 18:00)

Academic Qualification: Completed Technical Course in Buildings and previous experience in the area.

Excel Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced level.

Construction Planning and Management: knowledge of construction routines, productivity measurement, and project reading.

Computer Literacy: good rapport with management software, ease of adapting to new systems, and general computer skills.

Knowledge in Building Maintenance and Legalization: Systemic technical understanding and notions of legal documentation (AVCB, safety regulations) to communicate with teams and suppliers.

Ease of acting in a partnership and complementary manner with the team. Excellent interpersonal skills. Centered, calm profile focused on results.
