TRAVELING ELECTRICIAN TECHNICIAN

Job description

For duties of: WIRING, ASSEMBLY, INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND REPAIR OF MACHINERY)

Main requirements:

- Diploma from a professional school or in electrical-electrotechnical-mechatronic engineering or similar

- Execution of electrical systems (panels and machine control) on industrial production machines and lines (or at least experience in civil electrical systems)

- Assembly / mounting / testing of industrial machinery both at the production factory and at the end-user client companies (installation, commissioning, ordinary maintenance and trouble-shooting)

- Work experience of at least 3-4 years in these roles, particularly experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of systems while traveling in Italy or abroad

- PC / Internet usage etc.

- Sufficient/fair knowledge of technical English, written and especially spoken

- Availability for travel abroad (Europe, Asia, Americas) with average durations from 2-3 days to 2 weeks

- Strong self-reliance in carrying out one's work, flexibility, good disposition, adaptability

The ideal candidate is a person aged 25-35 with at least 3-4 years of professional experience gained in the technical electrical/electronic field within companies producing machinery and industrial process plants for international clients in the textile, technical textile, and food sectors.

The position involves work at the headquarters (Bassano del Grappa / Marostica area), under the direct supervision of the Production Management, and for the remaining 40-50% traveling in Italy and abroad, coordinated by the Technical Management.
