Electromechanical Technician

Requirements: Mandatory complete technical education in the following areas: MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN and TECHNICAL COURSE in ELECTRICITY, ELECTROMECHANICS, ELECTRO-ELECTRONICS, AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN, Skills with: Disassembly of 40 to 50 HP Motors, Bearing replacement, Seals, Gearboxes, Compressors, Rotary pumps, Vacuum pumps, Lubrication, Screw Conveyor, Electrical Controls, Reside in Hortolândia, Monte Mor or region, NR10

Responsibilities: The professional will act as an Electromechanical Technician, performing essential functions in the maintenance and repair of electromechanical systems. The main activities include the analysis and diagnosis of equipment failures, as well as the execution of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on electromechanical machinery and devices. They will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and parameterization of new equipment, ensuring they function correctly according to specifications. The Electromechanical Technician will also be required to perform readings of electrical and mechanical circuits, using appropriate tools to carry out measurements and tests. It is essential that the professional has knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, as they will frequently deal with these systems in their daily activities. Monitoring service orders and preparing technical reports on interventions carried out are also part of their responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess skills in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, as well as staying updated on new technologies in the field. Working in a multidisciplinary team is essential, as the work will often be carried out in collaboration with other maintenance and engineering professionals. Finally, the technician must always respect safety regulations and internal procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Communication skills and a proactive profile are valued qualities for success in the role.
