We are looking for: Industrial Electromechanical Technician

Requirements.

• Technical degree or Engineering in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience working in industrial maintenance as an electromechanical technician.
• Desirable knowledge of PLCs, reading and creating electrical diagrams.
• Desirable knowledge of pneumatics, mechanics, hydraulics, industrial networks, variable speed drives, sensors, electrical control, motor connection.
• Eagerness to learn.
• Good attitude.
• Preferably living within an hour or less of San Martín Obispo in Cuautitlán Izcalli.

Activities to develop.

• Organize and Execute Preventive Maintenance Plan.
• Corrective and Emergency Maintenance, follow-up on findings and corrective work orders.
• Maintenance and monitoring of automation equipment such as SCADA systems, HMIs, redundant systems, Siemens PLCs, Allen Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi variable speed drives, etc.
• Analysis, Detection, and Correction of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control (PLC) failures.
• Use of analysis instrumentation such as Digital Thermometer, Multimeter, etc.
• Perform Thermography studies.
• Ensure optimal use and disposal of spare parts, materials, and tools.
• Investigate and request spare parts required for PM and repairs.
• Control of spare parts warehouse and inventories.
• Preparation of Technical Reports for PM, CM, EM, internal, and client maintenance.
• Cleaning of equipment, office, workshop, and spare parts warehouse.

Schedule: We operate 3 rotating shifts.

• From 6 am to 3 pm
• From 1:30 pm to 10 pm
• From 10 pm to 6 am
