Mechanic Technician

Type of contract: Research and Selection Profile Adecco Italia S.p.A. is looking for, on behalf of a company specialized in providing equipment for the construction industry with headquarters in Monterotondo, province of Rome, a figure of: Mechanic Technician Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and aerial platforms, Diagnose and resolve technical problems, Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency and reliability of equipment, Maintain documentation and records, Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives, Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and priorities, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Strong problem-solving skills, Attention to detail, Good communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to lift up to 25 kg, Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols, Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, Ability to travel occasionally for training or meetings, High school diploma or equivalent required, Technical or vocational training in a related field preferred, Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry or a related field, Experience with aerial platforms and heavy machinery an asset, Certification in a relevant area such as OSHA or similar, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs), Ability to work in a multicultural environment, Familiarity with Italian language and culture an asset,
