Your mission: • Ensure maintenance and assistance • Develop and maintain a trusting relationship with customers • Act as an intermediary between customers and various services • Follow plans and schedules • Perform routine checks and inspections on elevators • Identify and report any defects or malfunctions • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues • Provide excellent customer service • Maintain accurate records of work performed • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards • Participate in continuous training and professional development • Work independently and as part of a team • Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines • Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and accountability • Show enthusiasm for learning and growth • Be willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities • Possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel occasionally • Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. La tua formazione: • Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) • 2-3 years of experience in elevator maintenance • Knowledge of safety regulations and standards • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools • Ability to lift up to 50 kg (110 lbs) • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
