LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

E-Work e-work SpA, Lucca office, selects on behalf of a healthcare company operating in the medical sector located in Calcinaia (PI) a figure to be inserted into the laboratory team with technical and support tasks for analytical activities. The search is aimed at motivated, precise, and interested individuals who want to grow professionally in a structured health care context: initial training is guaranteed even in the absence of experience. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS The selected resource will be responsible for: - Supporting laboratory activities according to internal procedures and protocols - Using and managing laboratory equipment (with initial training and mentoring) - Recording data and results through dedicated computer systems - Collaborating with the technical and healthcare team for correct performance of activities - Caring for order, cleanliness, and proper management of materials and reagents REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS NEEDED To fill the role, the following are required: - High School Diploma or equivalent - B driving license and availability to travel to laboratories (automobile) - Interest in laboratory activities and healthcare contexts - Precision, attention to detail, and predisposition to operational work - Organizational skills and respect for procedures - Good knowledge of the Office package and familiarity with computer tools WORKING HOURS - From Monday to Saturday, in accordance with the company SEAT OF WORK Calcinaia (PI) WHAT WE OFFER - Insertion contract commensurate with the profile - Initial training and professional growth path - Structured, dynamic, and quality-oriented environment HOW TO APPLY Send your updated CV with authorization for personal data processing under EU Regulation 2016/679.
