Product Industrialization and Development Technician

MAVET S.r.l., a company belonging to the Dainese Group, for its production facility in Campodoro (PD), is looking for a Product Industrialization and Development Technician.

The resource will be integrated into the Industrialization department to act as a link between design and the physical realization of the product.


Main Responsibilities:


Graphics and Decals Development Management:

  • Take charge of Art Works received from the client (Dainese/Group Designers) with a relative analysis of technical feasibility.
  • Technical coordination with decal suppliers in all development phases to meet project deadlines.
  • Practical execution of sample production and collaboration with departments to test application and performance of graphics on the finished product.
  • Design and creation of reference templates to ensure repeatability of decal and graphic element application.

Process Analysis:

  • Operational presence (approximately 50% of the time) in production departments to participate in the development of components and work cycles.
  • Identification of technical criticalities during sample production and proposal of improvement solutions.

Reporting and Supplier Management:

  • Preparation of technical reporting and structured feedback for suppliers.
  • Autonomous management of development iterations until final product validation.


Requirements:


  • Technical diploma (Mechanical Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or equivalent qualification).
  • Excellent knowledge of plane and solid geometry.
  • Operational competence in the use of AutoCAD 2D for drawing and layout verification.
  • Proficiency in reading industrial technical drawings.
  • Proven knowledge of the basics of Quality Management (containment, corrective, preventive actions, understanding of company conditions).
  • Competence in the use of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, torque wrenches, profile projectors).
  • Previous practical experience in precision mechanical workshops and light carpentry.
  • Familiarity with the use of workshop equipment and strong manual dexterity.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for managing and verifying graphic drawings is a plus.


Position and Remuneration

Level range: 5th-6th CCNL Textile Clothing Fashion

Gross Annual Salary (RAL) range: €26,500 - €30,000. The final RAL will be defined based on the experience gained and the consistency of acquired skills with the responsibilities outlined for the role.
