Pilot Plant Technician R&D

Very solid financially, it is a dynamic company that invests every year in upgrades and technological expansions and stands out for its high innovation capacity. Job Description We are looking for a Pilot Plant Technician to support the R&D laboratory's activities, including analytical characterization of materials. In this full-time role and in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, you will be responsible for: • Designing, setting up, and operating pilot plants; • Developing and implementing new processes and methods; • Conducting experiments and tests on a wide range of materials; • Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and patterns; • Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement new products and technologies. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; • At least 3 years of experience in pilot plant operations, preferably in the polymer industry; • Strong knowledge of chemical processes and materials science; • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.
