Junior Construction Technician

ORIENTA S.p.a. - Benefit Company, affiliate of AFFI - is seeking a Junior Construction Technician for an experienced client company in the construction sector, with activities distributed across the company's construction sites located in Northern Italy. Main responsibilities: - Support in operational and technical activities within the company's construction sites - Periodic presence at various construction sites in Northern Italy according to operational needs - Continuous relationship with site managers and various technical figures involved - Information gathering, reporting, and support during work advancement phases Requirements: - Technical diploma or equivalent (geometer, technician, etc.) or strong interest in the building sector - Availability for frequent travel on the territory - Good relational skills and teamwork attitude - We also evaluate junior candidates without experience, provided they are motivated, willing, and eager to grow professionally What we offer: - Technical training and on-the-field mentoring - Opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic environment - Initial contract of three months with possibility of stabilization over the long term If you're an proactive, curious person who wants to learn, send us your CV!
