Site Manager with experience

CAUDURO COSTRUZIONI SRL, a construction company specializing in private and public construction operating in Veneto and neighboring regions, is seeking an EXPERIENCED SITE MANAGER as part of its technical staff expansion. The role will involve the operational management and control of assigned projects.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a site manager, with proficiency in planning all work phases, coordinating subcontractors, and managing information and economic flows.
• Knowledge of processes for constructing new buildings and renovating existing buildings, including conservation interventions.
• Graphic and IT skills: good knowledge of Autocad, Primus, and the Office Suite.
• Knowledge of materials and products suitable for specific work categories.
• Interest in continuous skill development, with the opportunity to access training courses that the company commits to evaluating and supporting in terms of time and resources.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills aimed at in-depth understanding of site dynamics and proposing improvement solutions for each technical and operational activity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma as a Surveyor/Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Software: knowledge of Revit.

Duties

• Site Management: planning and control of all work phases (from structural work to finishes), verifying compliance with the project and high-quality standards.
• Operational Coordination: supervision of subcontractors and management of information flows with internal supervisors and external contacts, coordinating and monitoring timelines and interferences between various activities.
• Site Communication Management: management of communications with designers, Site Management (D.L.), and clients to provide updates on work progress and ongoing variations.
• Graphic Productions: good knowledge of Autocad and preferably Revit for the creation of executive graphic drawings and site details.
• Economic Management: analysis of supplier and subcontractor bids, preparation of documentation for final accounts, and preparation of technical-economic offers for public and private tenders.

Employment Terms

Fixed-term employment contract with the objective of permanent employment.
