Junior Telecommunications Technician

Main Responsibilities: Perform, with guidance, the maintenance and supervision of telecommunications infrastructure, acting together with the TI and TO areas. Participate in the re composition of occurrences and incidents related to telecommunications services. Ensure the proper functioning of telecommunications systems and networks, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures. Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve technical issues. Develop and implement solutions for improving telecommunications services. Provide technical support to users and internal stakeholders. Analyze and interpret data related to telecommunications performance and quality. Participate in training and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends. Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures and standards.
