We are looking for an IT Support Technician who will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their systems and applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to clients through phone, email, or on-site visits; • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems; • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions for improving system performance and reducing downtime; • Develop and maintain knowledge of Salux's products and services to provide accurate and timely support; • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on new technologies and best practices. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; • At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems; • Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.); • Experience with helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
