Field IT Support Technician

Are you experienced in providing technical support in the field? icorp is looking for you!

You will be responsible for providing on-site support to computer equipment, point-of-sale systems, and thermal printers at various branches of one of our main clients.

• Work Zone: Cuernavaca Morelos

Schedule: Variable, work according to client requirements.

• Availability to cover guards some weekends.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's / Preparatory / Conalep, TSU, License / Engineering (Trunk, apprentice or graduate)
• Availability to cover guards and attend reports on weekends
• Know how to handle a standard vehicle and have a valid license

Essential Knowledge:

• Experience providing technical support in the field
• Corrective and preventive maintenance (computer equipment, printers)
• Configuration and installation of CCTV
• Configuration of Modem infinitum
• Point-of-Sale repairs
• Basic cable repair
