Job description
Configure and install computers and any hardware that users request. Configure and install the required software for users. Maintain the IT inventory (PC's, laptops, printers, and temporarily imported equipment). Be responsible for purchasing the required computer equipment, following established processes. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers. Provide technical support to users when the IT equipment or software does not function. Communicate with users to resolve issues.
