About the position: As a Service Technician at Dingli, you will be responsible for providing technical support and post-sales service for our products, including but not limited to: performing routine maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be required to work closely with the sales team to provide technical information and support to customers, as well as participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key responsibilities: • Provide technical support and post-sales service for our products • Perform routine maintenance and repairs • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues • Ensure customer satisfaction • Work closely with the sales team to provide technical information and support • Participate in training and development programs • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and products. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) • 2+ years of experience in a similar role • Strong technical background • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Familiarity with ERP systems • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
