Food Safety Technician

Position: Food Safety Technician Mission of the position Ensure compliance with food safety regulations in all kitchens and restaurants of the company, providing continuous technical support, specialized advice, and operational accompaniment to the team, with the objective of ensuring food quality, food safety, and business operational tranquility. Functions and responsibilities Technical visits to restaurants and kitchens Carry out periodic visits to verify compliance with food safety regulations and provide guidance on good practices and corrective actions. Conduct training sessions for kitchen staff on food safety procedures and best practices. Develop and implement a food safety management system that meets the company's standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Provide technical support and advice to restaurants and kitchens on food safety issues, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) implementation. Conduct risk assessments and develop corrective actions to prevent or mitigate potential risks related to food safety. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of food safety incidents and near-misses, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement. Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide food safety policies and procedures. Monitor and report on food safety performance indicators, including compliance rates, incident rates, and corrective actions taken. Provide recommendations to management on improving food safety practices and reducing risks. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay up-to-date on food safety regulations and best practices.
